Registration rules:
- The registration badge is the only document which identifies the personality of Forum participant;
- Registration is considered valid only with participant photo;
- Forum participants should fill in accreditation form online and represent to the Forum operator photo for participants badge no later than 17th of November, 2010;
- Forum participant could receive the badge only by representing passport or business card;
- Information materials and Forum participant package are to be distributed during registration.
